Stay safe, stay strong and remain resolute in your commitment to practice safe hygiene for you and your families.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\"><strong>Heather Fisher, BSN, RN, CEO<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\"><strong>Southeastern Virginia Training Center<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">If you are feeling ill at the time of your visit, we would encourage you to visit at another time or when you have recovered from your illness. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">We want to remind you about some ways to help to protect you and your family from getting sick:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-91bde71175f1e6a8d05604e717097581\">Stay at home if you have symptoms<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-284ca432baeaa5ef37c17056f1dbdc74\">Frequent hand-washing with soap and water or using alcohol-based hand cleaner<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-1c872b6591b78febfcc374e34577f9f0\">Use tissues to cover mouth and nose when coughing or sneezing and dispose of the tissue in a wastebasket.
