This program includes recruitment, employee relations, classification and compensation, employee benefits, worker&#8217;s compensation, and other services designed to attract and retain a qualified and efficient workforce. SEVTC provides employees with a comprehensive benefits program, including a choice between two health care plans &#8211; Anthem and Optima, Virginia Disability &amp; Leave Program, and the Virginia Retirement System.
