Western State Hospital, Volunteer Services Donations may be dropped off at the Information Center located just inside the entrance of the hospital or at the loading dock located pass the entrance on the right. Please visit our What to Donate page to find out what is needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Please see our wish list for donation suggestions. Due to safety concerns for our patients, please follow these guidelines when donating – NO gift wrap donations, NO hi-heel shoes, NO nail clippers or nail files, NO mirrors, NO gum, No ink pens, and No donation with violent themes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In order to keep our costs down, we are unable to make house calls to pick up donations. However, we will gladly assist you in offloading donations from the vehicle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Volunteers Services helps the patients at Western State Hospital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n We are sorry, but because of concerns for the patient’s privacy, infection control and security, donors are not permitted to visit patient floors. Please be assured that our patients are appreciative of your donation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Our goal is to try use every item that is donated.
